Teachers who want to earn an English as a Second Language (ESL) Endorsement. Candidates must be in possession of a teaching license to be considered.

In this program, you’ll learn major concepts, principles, theories, and research related to the nature and role of culture to construct supportive learning environments. You will develop an intimate understanding of and respect for how second language learning takes place.

How You Learn
Courses are offered in both an asynchronous and synchronous online format with weekly evening Zoom classes determined by each professor. Typically, students take one course at a time, taking two, eight-week courses each semester (Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters).
