How You Learn
Courses are offered in both an asynchronous and synchronous online format with weekly evening Zoom classes determined by each professor. Typically, students take three, eight-week courses each semester (Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters).

Please Note:
Prospective Students with Advanced Standing from Other Doctoral Programs: This option is for an Online ABD (All But Dissertation) Doctoral Degree Completion Program option in the Ed.D. in Educational and Organizational Leadership designed for those students wishing to complete their doctoral degree through Felician University. This admission option is for students who have been enrolled in a doctoral program at another institution and have not been able to complete their doctoral degree at another institution. Students with this advanced standing will be able to transfer credits from a previous doctoral program up to 30 credits.
